Filter Design

Iridian Spectral Technologies has a team of filter designers that can create filters for a wide range of applications varying from simple two-layer AR coatings to Gain Flattening Filters with hundreds of layers. Iridian's versatile, proprietary filter design and process control technology, PrecisionSpectrum@IST, uses advanced design techniques that allows our very experienced filter designers to come up with the optimum multilayer design for a given application. When designing a filter, Iridian takes into consideration all the physical and optical specifications that our customers require. Once the filter design is completed, it is scheduled to run on one of Iridian's custom deposition systems. The integration of our design and process control technology allows Iridian to fabricate thin film filters with high accuracy.
