Robert Bruce,
Vice-President, Business Development
Robert Bruce has spent most of his career overseeing materials, device and optical coating operations at a number of high-technology corporations. Prior to joining Iridian, Robert was Director of the Optical Coating Group at JDSU Ottawa. He originally acquired a broad background in thin film technology and photonics applications while at Nortel Networks, where he was Manager of InP Device Manufacturing. At Iridian, he is responsible for defining the technologies that are necessary to develop new market opportunities and he has the prime responsibility for customer relations. Robert holds his B.Sc and M.Eng degrees in Materials from McMaster University.
